Went for a walk again to Parque Calderón. There was a little celebration happening in the gazebo on the north side of the park. It appeared to be something about Jesus. The military band played in the background and this man danced with his handkerchiefs. People sat around the gazebo staring blankly into space. The afternoon air was thin and soft, blowing on its own accord. I sat down on a forest green park bench. Catholic girls walked by and looked at me as if I were an alien. Not really thinking of anything in particular, I fixed my eyes on a pigeon.

That got a real-life chuckle out of me.
I commented below too, but just to reinforce the sentiment; no need to worry about writing me! Just enjoy yourself and know we love you! We will look forward to hearing all your stories when you return.
(And think! Dale will be home! You, me, Dale, and Caitlin can all hang out! We will be attending Dustin's wedding, for sure!)
